How’s the weather looking for Notre Dame vs. Navy at Gillette Stadium?

US LBM Coaches Poll No. 6 Notre Dame and Navy are set for the 99th edition of its historic rivalry on Saturday, as they battle for the coveted Rip Miller Trophy. According to the Weather Channel , the sun will be shining for the Fighting Irish and the Midshipmen when they take the field at Gillette Stadium – home of the New England Patriots – in Foxboro, Massachusetts. When the game begins at noon, the temperature will be 50 degrees in Foxboro. By 3 p.m., the temperature is projected to go up to 53 and will continue to be sunny. Winds will come into the stadium at 10-to-15 miles-per-hour, but there is no rain in the forecast. The matchup between Notre Dame (6-1) and Navy (2-5) will be nationally televised on ABC.
