Did On3 leave Notre Dame out of its latest CFP bracket after bye week?

US LBM Coaches Poll No. 6 Notre Dame is coming off its bye week, but that doesn’t mean the Fighting Irish got off scot-free in playoff projections. On3 moved the Irish from No. 5 to No. 11 in last week’s mock College Football Playoff bracket. This week after not playing, Notre Dame is one of the “First Four Out” teams in On3’s updated projections. LSU , Tennessee and Alabama are the other “First Four Out” teams listed. On3 has Miami, Ohio State , Georgia and Indiana as the top-four seeds. Hard to say how believable this projection is, as it current has Northwestern, Kentucky, UCLA, Florida and New Mexico. A few of these teams could make it, but not all of them.
