Tampa Bay Rays book World Series clash with Milwaukee Brewers

Tampa Bay will meet the Milwaukee Brewers in the World Series after the Rays dispatched the Cleveland Guardians 7-3 in the sixth game of the American League Championship Series (ALCS). Yandy Diaz and Junior Caminero homered for the Rays as pitcher Freddy Peralta was credited with the win. Chase Delauter had two runs for the Guardians in a losing effort. The result secures a third ALCS pennant for Tampa Bay and guarantees this year's World Series will produce a first-time champion. Game one will take place in Milwaukee on Friday.
